We are on the hunt for entry level sales consultants. The Ray White Group is committed to providing an opportunity for professional development to all of its members. We offer systems and sales based training at our corporate office and in-house. On a larger scale Ray White holds national conferences and retreats to provide an opportunity for networking and growth, all to ensure that you have the best possible opportunity for a successful career in Real Estate sales.

Partnered with an experienced senior sales consultant you will be provided with the opportunity to learn from a leading agent. As a real estate personal assistant/sales creator your role will include, however not be limited to the following tasks:

  • Building and managing a client database;
  • Prospecting including door knocking, cold calling and DL letter box drops;
  • Executing exceptional customer service to prospective and current vendors and buyers;
  • Actively participating in OFI’s;
  • Generating and accompanying agent on property appraisals;
  • Preparation of pre-listing kits and listing presentation
  • Learn about your marketplace including: who your prospective vendors/buyers are, applicable council legislation and local schools and zones etc.


The roles available are long term but include short term development roles with the end goal of progressing to a sales consultant within a Ray White business.
