• Lead the Online Fulfilment team

Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager, the Team Leader is an integral part within the Online Fulfilment team, by ensuring operational and daily support is seamless of the team and supporting the Manager to optimise customer online experiences by driving towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth.

Fun fact, 60% of all in-store visits start from the website and this Team Leader role will continue this great reach of customers by coaching and leveraging team members to carry out online fulfilment orders, ensuring merchandise is readily available to pick, pack and dispatch for home delivery and in-store Click and Collect and to ensure our customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and order timeframes.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.

Your Background:

• People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail or warehouse distribution environment
• Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
• A love of retail!
