About the role

We are seeking warm, friendly, and experienced registered nurses who are motivated and willing to join our amazing team. You will provide clinical support and quality clinical care to our residents. The role will also ensure residents receive the appropriate level of clinical care support services to maintain quality of life, provide input into the resident’s management of care by completing assessments, care planning, and case management reviews.

About you

• You are a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• Have a minimum of 2 -3 years post-basic nursing experience
• Have experience in a clinical leadership role
• ACFI documentation experience is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
